We try hard to set the standard in presentation as well as providing information our patrons and brothers need.
Our New Banner: Represents the Darkness to the Light of Omega. Notice the grayscale images to the left. As Omega formed in DC her light provided color and contrast to the once monochrome world of greek life.
The Page Graphic: Our Eschutcheon (the fraternity’s shield) is shadowed on the right by a faint faded shield created initially by hand by the founders. The left shadow is an impress of the shield without the reef. It is shared in unofficial circles that the fraternity’s shield has gone through iterations of design. The shadows are symbolic of that change and the whole graphic is draped by the busts of our founders who through their wisdom, love and commitment established the path for thousands to follow.

Events
Members of the chapter recently traveled to Buffalo, New York to participate in the Annual Second District Conference. The chapter was recognized as the Large Chapter Category "Chapter of the Year". Along with the title, individual members were recognized for major accomplishments including Brother (MAJ) Rickey Harris' title of COL Charles Young Award winner for outstanding leadership withing the fraternity and the United States Military Service. A full news article is in the making to fully capture all accomplishments at the Second District Conference.
The chapter hosted its annual Mardi Gras Celebration on April 6, 2013 in Crystal City. This year’s event theme was “Da Big Ez”, New Orleans Style. Our thanks to all who supported this noteworthy event. Your contributions (donation) will help us to provide support to our community in many forms including, clothing drives, benefit functions, children excursions and of course our scholarship program.
Lambda Gamma Gamma hosts a number of events but community service is what we’re all about. Take a look at our calendar for more and we encourage local or visiting members to check periodically for updates. We always welcome our special friends and encourage you to join Lambda Gamma Gamma.
